Facebook Pages Go Mobile

If you are a blogger then the chances are that you also have a Facebook page for your blog.  Thanks to the new Facebook Pages Mobile app you can now post, upload pictures, and check on your Insights on your iOS device.

Pages Manager helps admins connect with their audience and keep up with activity on multiple Pages, all in one place.

Features:
- Post new updates and photos as your Page
- Get notified about new activity on your Page when it happens, no matter where you are
- Respond, post and comment as your Page while you’re on-the-go
- Manage all your Facebook Pages from one app
- View your latest Page Insights

Just install Pages Manager and then log in using Facebook to quickly access and manage all of your Pages from wherever you are.  via iTunes

The application is very simple and intuitive, not trying to take on too much, but it does provide quicker mobile access to your pages, pictures, notifications, and Insights.  I did have a slight issue trying to get the application authorized.  If you have the Facebook app already installed on your iOS device it will use it to authorize your Pages App.  However, if the Facebook app is not logged in to the same account you will have to log out before using the Pages application.  Once it is authorized you should be good to go.

Even though this is the first version of this application, it provides Page Administrators with some much needed mobile access.  The ability to quickly respond to comments while you are on the go has been long overdue.   The application is free and available for the iPhone and iPod Touch (you can also use it in 2X mode on your iPad) in the App Store.
